I am looking for a 3rd line technical support consultant who has experience of iSeries consultancy, implementation and support. Your main responsibility will be to support the managed service team who are based in Coventry.

Essential skills for this opportunity are Mimix replication software and the ability to install said software in complex environments. Problem solving, problem determination, root cause analysis as well as analytical skills. Furthermore experience with IBM Backup, Recovery and Media Services (BRMS) both configuring and implementing. Experience with software installations, OS upgrades and server build maintenance.

All applicants must have a full clean U.K. driving licence and be willing to work out of hours to offer support when necessary.
