Automotive Aftersales Manager Required in Shropshire

Our client a large leisure dealership in Shropshire is looking for an After Sales Manager, to be responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. As an After Sales Manager you must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data as well as strong customer relations skills.

Main Duties:
* Responsible for the day to day management of Service, Parts and Warranty.
* Accountable to the Board of Directors.
* Build / maintain healthy working relationships with all manufacturers across this multi franchised dealership.
* Maximise profitability within all departments working hand in hand with the sales department.
* Reduce unnecessary costs on all departments, keeping control of budget, income and expense.
* Review the company marketing policy and make effective changes.
* Deliver and encourage high standards of business practice departmentally.
* Develop staff in their role with constant reviews and recognised training policies in line with the manufacturer.
