A large bank based in the city centre are looking for collections advisors to join their busy team.
You main role will be to collect overdue payments via the telephone from existing customers and offer a suitable resolution for future payments. You will be the first point of contact for the customer and any third party contact.
You will need to be able to deal with the customer enquires in an efficient and effective manor, update the customer’s records and agree a suitable repayment plan.
You will need to have previous customer service experience, be able to deal with complaints and have good negotiation skills. Previous experience of working to targets is preferred but not essential. You will also need to demonstrate excellent listening skills, be able build a rapport with customer and have good attention to details.
Working hours are two weeks 8.00 – 4.00, and then one week 13.00 – 21.00. The role will also include weekend on a rota basis.
