A large call centre based in Birmingham are looking for customer service advisors to join their busy action line assistant team.
Your main role will be to take inbound calls from members of the public and customers. You will be the initial point of contact for road side recoveries. You will be required to take all the necessary details, update the information on an in house data base system and then forward on the relevant contact.
Previous experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to problem solve and have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
This is a temporary position with the view of a permanent contract with the company.
Working hours 12pm - 8pm monday - friday and occasional weekend on rota basis.
