As the regional sales manager you will responsible for
• Managing the performance of the region
• Generating revenue and profit
• Maintaining and building relationships with customers on a face to face basis.
• Working along side business partners to meet targets.
• Identifying high potential sales opportunities, building rapport and educating customers on company products and services
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Finalizing proposals to ensure maximum revenue whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
• Reviewing data and market trends
• Communicating knowledge and skills to region
• Delivering training session
• Performance management
• Setting targets and Kpi’s
You will need to have previous experience in strategic selling, maintaining accounts as well as providing business solutions. A proven sales records and excellent communication skills. The role will involve travel around the region and some work from home when required. You will also need to have strong management skills, excellent negotiation skills and presentation skills.
Salary for this role is between £25,000 - £30,000 per year plus commission
