    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Manager within a growing contact centre. Our client has recently secured a long term contract which will ensure the continued expansion of the organisation and provide excellent career progression opportunities.Managing a team you will be responsible for monitoring call quality, reviewing call handling time and staff welfare and motivation. Although you will not have direct customer contact, you will also act as an escalation point for queries. With the support of your team coach, you will motivate and manage your team, providing guidance and support where necessary. Candidates should come from a managerial background and be able to demonstrate a focus on delivery and improvement.
