Do you have a history of working successfully within an HR generalist role? If so, a high-profile Financial Services organisation may have an ideal role for you working within their Birmingham office as an HR Administrator.
Within this position, you will be expected to take on a wide range of responsibilities. Your main duties will include aiding new staff, providing support in relation to benefits issues and grievance procedures and acting as the first point of contact for all other enquiries.
Our client is seeking an individual who has past experience working within a similar role, ideally within Financial Services. You should have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic and driven attitude towards your work.
