My client is a leader in the market place and due to growth they are looking for a Complaints Analyst to join their team.
You will be responsible for conducting analysis with the objective of reducing/preventing complaints and reducing the number of policies cancelled. Using management information you will be able to identify complaints, evidence progress and outcomes.
Other duties include:
·Reviewing the application of the complaint handling guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness
·Produce reports on findings and deliver presentations
·Carry out trend analysis to identify opportunities for complaint reduction and prevention
·Track and document all benefits following changes and improvements
Successful applicants will have a thorough understanding of the FSA complaint handling guidelines, experience in data analysis and be able to use MS Excel confidently.
