Purpose of the job: To coordinate the efficient running of the Human Resources department alongside other departments needs, To arrange a team of appropriate experienced and skilled HR officers.
Personal Specifications: Minimum of 36 months experience in an HR role, Previous experience of line management but not essential, Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Skills Required: Good working knowledge of HR procedures, Proven interpersonal skills, Proven communication skills, Understanding of need for flexibility of approach to the job, Excellent attention to detail.
