Purpose of the job: To provide support to the registered manager, senior service administrator and operations department with day to day administrator of the service, To ensure that tasks which require completion to deadline are carefully monitored and achieved on target, to implement new and maintain existing systems to improve the efficient running of the service.
Skills Required: A high level of numeracy and literacy, Able to liaise professionally with service users and employees at all levels in person and over the telephone, able to be proactive, Flexible able to change priorities to suit requirements of the service at short notice, ability to react quickly to change when required.
Main Tasks: Ensure the receipt of all relevant paperwork relating to service users care packages, Compile and create service users care plans and update then as necessary, Produce letter and documentation as required.
