THE POSITION: This well established company require a Sales Co-ordinator to take all general enquiries, taking orders over the telephone, taking all correct information and processing it, making appointments and dealing with all new business and managing an existing client base. You will be using a bespoke database to add and change customer information.
EXPERIENCE: The applicant should have proactive sales experience team with good customer service knowledge. It would be desirable if the applicant had knowledge of Word, Excel and Email.
IDEAL PERSON: The applicant should be fasted paced, able to multitask and work in a pressured environment. Good sense of humour and professional.
