Are you an articulate individual with excellent communication skills and a history working within customer service? If so, we may have the ideal role for you working for one of our clients based in the Walsall area.
This position, a Customer Communications Logger, involves taking on the responsibility of being the first point of contact for customers who need to report faults to the company. You will be expected to record these calls, escalate any issues, and ensure that all incidents are proactively followed through to their conclusion.
Applicants will have had a strong history of working within a similar role. You should be able to work well within a pressured environment, and be able to create a positive impact upon customers.
