THE ROLE:
* Field/home based role
* Covering the Midlands
* Selling the companies range waste compact bailers
* Generating new business
* Also involves account management
* Keeping the accounts that you bring on
THE PERSON:
* Must have a proven track record in sales
* Must live on patch
* Must want to drive the company forward
* Must be tenacious
* Must be able to deal on all levels
* Must be money motivated
PACKAGE:
* Basic salary of £28'000 - £32'000
* A realistic OTE in the first year of £45k
* Company car - Saab 9-3
* Pension
* Good scope for progression
