Full Description:
A leading IT & Telecoms company are looking for someone to join their 550 employees nationwide as a Customer Communications Specialist. The company has an annual turnover of £100 million and you will be working alongside 90 other employees in their office in the North Birmingham area. The company have partnerships with various other leading IT & Telecom firms.

The company is looking for someone to provide 1st line support to managed service customers. To provide requests on the database, highlighting faults, dealing with enquiries via email and dealing with in and out bound service calls.

The ideal candidate will be a driver and have a bright and confident personality with a pleasant and articulate telephone manner. It is imperative that you have previous customer service experience.
