Construction Project Managers required from a client facing background for a role with a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. You will be working on a number of key commission including projects for Formula 1 Racing, large retail developments / refurbishments and Town Centre re-developments up to the value of £300m. Any education experience would also be of real benefits.
You must be capable of managing projects from conception, taking client briefs and advising from design, planning and feasibility through to construction. Excellent pre-contract documentation knowledge is required together with the ability to set up and use project management tools such as project handbooks and project execution plans. Candidates should also come from a client facing background and ideally be chartered in a relevant discipline.
There are excellent career development opportunities available with the potential for more experienced candidates to progress to Associate level.
