My client is looking to recruit 4 people to work in a forward and successful organisation based in Halesowen area.
Duties will include
Process all requests for quotations from clients working to ensure that targets are achieved and quotes are returned to enable orders to be raised against them.
Checking data as requests come in from clients
Enter information onto PC systems
Send replies to clients and confirmations
Raise orders were necessary within market purchasing/engineers
Build quotes
General office duties
Placing orders and manages suppliers
Check orders against quotations
To apply for this position we are looking for someone with previous office experience within purchasing and order processing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate PC skills essential.
