| Working fron our Worcester depot. Assisting with the day to day operation of the engineering department maintaining our fleet of buses. Duties will include: Embedding and monitoring a safety culture to ensure compliance to company and legal standards Maintaining a fleet of buses to ensure full availability for network coverage requirement Take a lead role in the provision of cost effective engineering Achieve compliance to all company and VOSA standards Work with others to analysis causes of vehicle breakdown and to provide feedback to reduce or eliminate vehicle breakdown Effective supervision of engineering personnel City and Guilds or equivalent required. £10.45 increasing to £10.99 upon successful completion of probationary period. 39 hours Monday to Friday Previous supervisors or management experience an advantage. **PLEASE CLICK ON APPLICATION FORM BELOW.
