You will need to have knowledge of cost value reconciliation, client interaction, knowledge of decent homes and PPC2000 would be an advantage. This client likes a candidate who has not moved from company to company and shows a level of loyalty. You will possess good solid practical experience with either main contractors or sub contractors.

You must possess good experience with a character that 'gets on' and has a certain spark with getting the job done right first time.

This client currently require a Senior Estimator. This company which has been around for well over 50 years, and a major player in the construction industry needs to expand it's commercial team due to an increased work load.This client prides itself on being well respected and delivering high quality work consistently.

The ideal candidate should be qualified to degree level and needs to demonstrate a professional attitude on all levels.

Newbuild and refurbishment experience would be a definite plus for this role. Commercial awareness, good negotiation skills and adaptability are some of the key attributes needed to to a successful applicant.The right candidate definitely needs to be a team player.
