To support the used car retail sales team by ensuring all customer visiting or phoning the used car retail site are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
To ensure all customers visiting the used car retail site are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
Assist the sales team by ensuring all overflowed telephone calls are answered within departmental guidelines and appropriate messages and taken and duly passed to the relevant person.
Administration of any e-mail enquires from customers.
Assisting the sales team with sending additional information to perspective customers via post and e-mail.
In conjunction with the Web Administrator assisting with implementing new vehicles onto the website.
Provide additional support to Vehicle Administrators as required

Key skills/knowledge/experience
Must be customer focused, self motivated, tenacious but equally service led.
Needs to be numerate, literate, accurate and able to work under pressure.
Should possess good communication skills and telephone manner, be computer literate and a team player.
Experience of using relevant computer programmes, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Picture Manager and general website awareness.
