We are currently working with a rapidly expanding and highly successful organisation in South Birmingham, who are looking to recruit a credit controller on a temp to perm basis.
This is a role that will encompass all aspects of credit control and requires the successful applicant to have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as deal with high levels of responsibiliy. Your day to day duties will include:
- Chasing debts via telephone, e-mail and letter
- Dealing with customer queries
- Processing sales ledger invoices.
You will join a friendly and forward thinking organisation who believe in providing high levels of customer service both internally and externally. You will have recent UK credit control experience and have a friendly working attitude as well as the ability to work to targets.
