| Want to get into the world of Recruitment but with no sales? Love the world of recruitment but find sales hard-going? You need to be able to think on your feet, juggle lots of tasks and, at all times, be customer-focused. As a professional Onsite Specialist you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an inhouse recruitment centre, based within our client's premises.. You will require excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills to enable you to source and recruit temporary and/or permanent staff on behalf of our well-known client. This role will require you to hold a current driving license. Randstad Contact Centre Solutions is part of Randstad, the world's 3rd largest staffing company and we are expanding in the UK. You should have GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, and be able to demonstrate to us that you understand the benefit of providing exceptional customer service.
