Divisional Manager - Industrial - Birmingham

c. £30,000 Basic Superb uncapped bonus Generous car allowance Contributory pension Private healthcare (family included) 22 days holiday + stats

Responsibilities

• Due to continued expansion and increased market share, they are expanding their Industrial division in to their Birmingham office
• The role can offer you genuine scope to progress in to more senior management roles
• You will become part of an energetic and dynamic division, who are determined to further develop and grow

Requirement

• A previous track record of success in recruitment at Senior Consultant or Team Leader/BM level, ideally within Industrial/Warehousing/Manufacturing
• Hands on and able to lead by example
• Sales driven, money motivated and ambitious
