Branch Manager - Technical & Engineering - Birmingham up to £35k basic Bonus Car or Allowance Pension & Healthcare 25 days holiday + 8 stats

Position

• Due to continued expansion, the Birmingham branch requires initially a 'billing manager’ to be responsible for a small team of consultants, but will be tasked to grow head count in 2011/12
• This exciting and challenging role will in time become more operational & strategic management
• You will recruit across all sectors such as; Energy / Transport - Aerospace, Automotive and Rail / Power & Process / Petrochemical / FMCG etc supplying all disciplines; Engineers, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Design and Project Management staff.
• You are able to recruit for both contract and permanent roles in order to maximise your personal earnings.
• You will become part of an energetic and dynamic team, determined to further develop and grow
• Full P & L responsibility 

Requirements

• A previous track record of success in recruitment at Team Leader/Management level, ideally within Technical recruitment.
• Hands on and able to lead by example
• Sales driven, money motivated and ambitious.
