Newly Qualified Social Worker - Telford and Wrekin - Leaving Care TeamSWIM is a specialist Social Care/Social Work Recruitment Agency with over 6 years experience in the field.We are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Social Worker to join a Leaving Care Team based in the West Midlands.
