Job Description
Undertake a desktop asset trace on an account / portfolio on which a loss has been projected, and recommend an appropriate recovery strategy
Undertake reviews on larger portfolios, of a borrower’s overall financial circumstance and business interests, collating relevant information from multiple sources, identifying any matters of concern and preparing a detailed summary and recommendation
Communicate with borrowers, both verbally and in writing, in relation to portfolio review, portfolio collection, and recovery strategies
Support and cover the portfolio collection activity, including actioning the daily work diary
Deal with the allocation of funds where a portfolio bulk payment is made
Key Skills
Grade C or above GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
Underwriting experience helpful
Customer Service and Collection / Litigation experience helpful
Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and MS Office
