With over 300% growth through the last financial quarter, we project this same level of growth over the next year. For our current blue chip client we require graduates with a great student mentality to develop within a promotional marketing and advertising role with a goal to reach management.
The chosen candidates would be assigned with a mentor in order to progress as quickly and effectively as possible. Everyday roles include participating in meetings, conference calls, events and training. Promoting the client's product and providing customers with information is also a key element of the role. Emphasis is placed on the chosen candidates ability to progress into a management role which offers the opportunity to train and mentor others.
Ideal candidates would -
