Job Description

Shift patterns which may involve working evenings and weekends.

Organise own daily workflows, ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to and tasks are performed to agreed service standards in the Customer Servicing Department.

Manage a high volume of inbound calls.

To anticipate and understand customer enquiries by providing accurate and timely information.

Providing excellent verbal and written communication to customers and third parties.

Ability to remain objective and positive when dealing with challenging telephone calls.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Attention to details with a high emphasis on achieving targets within tight timeframes.
