Qualifications/experience required:
All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality environment as well as the desire to produce quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players. This is a privately owned property therefore, the emphasis would be on quality. You must be standards orientated with good attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality is demonstrated throughout the Restaurant at all times. Previous rosette experience would be highly advantageous
