We are looking for an ambitious, talented and highly motivated individual to take on the role as Sous Chef. The property is a luxurious hotel set in several acres of land, located in Warwickshire. The hotel has over 40 bedrooms and a restaurant which can serve upto 70 covers and large conference and banqueting facilities.

Your Role
An ambitious Sous Chef is required for this quality operation. You will be responsible for assisting in leading and motivating a brigade of 9, to deliver high standards. All candidates should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team. You will be standards driven with a passion for creating high quality cuisine. You will also be competent at catering for volume, as this property is a popular wedding and conference venue. You will also be fully responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.

Qualifications/Experience required:-
Previous background working within a 2/3 rosette accredited property is essential. You will also have previous 4 star experience, within a Junior Sous or Sous Chef role and have a CV that demonstrates longevity.
