Job Description
An enthusiastic Chef de Partie is required at this fantastic 3 star property located in the Gloucestershire area. The property has over 10 rooms, a 50+ cover restaurant serving only the freshest local produce.
The Role:-
The successful candidate will be a creative individual, who will have the ability to run a section of the busy kitchen and assist senior chefs in the running of the kitchen as a whole. You will be responsible for running your section, ordering and motivating your team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a quality 2 rosette accredited property. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills and an enthusiasm and passion for food.
