Job Description
This fantastic 4 star hotel located in Warwickshire offers an award winning restaurant, over 50 bedrooms and is part of a well renowned national group. Currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join their exceptional brigade, do you have experience working to 1 Rosette standard?
The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef, the role requires you to maintain the Health and Hygiene regulations of the kitchen and work to exceptional food standards at all times. An enthusiastic and professional individual is required to take on the role of Demi Chef de Partie, you will be assisting the brigade in all sections of the kitchen. This is a wonderful opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder within this recognised establishment for their quality food. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine.

Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a similar 4 star hotel, ideally within a 1/2 AA Rosette accredited property. You will have worked in all areas of the kitchen and have the desire to produce high quality cuisine. The property are currently striving to gain further accolades, therefore all applicants must be forward thinking with the ability to assist the brigade in maintaining exceptional standards. Our clients require a very motivated candidate who is eager to learn and has a natural enthusiasm about food and cooking. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills.
