Job Description
This exceptional 3 star hotel in Staffordshire is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to join their vibrant brigade. The hotel offers over 70 bedrooms, a quality A La Carte restaurant seating 100 covers and beautiful surroundings.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for the organisation, control and efficient running of a nominated section of the kitchen. You will be involved in the training and development of the Chef de Parties who will be reporting directly to you. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality establishment. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. Qualification/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen environment within a similar 3/4 star property whilst having the ability to maintain the highest standards of food preparation. The ideal candidate will also need to possess excellent man-management skills and have a stable background within quality establishments.
