Job Description

This corporate 4 star hotel located in the West Midlands is currently seeking to recruit a passionate Chef de Partie to enhance their existing brigade. The hotel has over 100 bedrooms, a busy restaurant and caters for up to 200 function covers.

The Role: An enthusiastic and professional individual is required to run a section of a busy kitchen in this corporate property. Working within a brigade of 7, you will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. You must have a previous background as a CDP within a quality establishment and the successful candidate must be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen.

Qualification/Experience: Previous background working within a 3/4 star, quality hotel environment and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene is essential as is experience of catering for volume. You will need passion and determination as well as the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others. All applicants must??
