Great Worcestershire Hotel - Multi Rosette - COMMIS CHEF WANTED!

This magnificent hotel set in several acres of landscaped gardens situated in the West Midlands is currently looking to recruit a Commis Chef to enhance their existing brigade. The property has a fine dining restaurant which serves mainly French cuisine which has been highly reviewed in the guide books. The hotel also has facilities for small conference and banqueting. The property is looking to drive the food offering forward and achieve further rosettes.

The responsibilities of this Commis Chef position will include: * Maintaining the high standards of this restaurant * Supporting senior chefs as required * Preparing food prior to service * Working effectively as part of a dedicated team * Taking part in training and skill development

The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Commis Chef will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this Commis Chef position must have a sound grounding in good culinary establishments. You must be hardworking and determined to progress in your career, learning from example and through experience. You must be organised and motivated with high standards and attention to detail. You must be committed to your chosen career and display skill and enthusiasm in everything you do.
