Great Gloucestershire Restaurant currently recruiting experienced Junior Sous Chef!

This one hundred and twenty two bedroom hotel set in the stunning countryside of the Cotswolds has a fantastic restaurant popular with local guests and residents alike. Management are currently looking to recruit a talented Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and assist in the smooth running of this kitchen.

The duties of Junior Sous Chef will include: Ensuring standards are maintained and bettered at all times Motivating and leading the brigade to achieve excellent results Developing dishes and menu idea Assisting the Head Chef with ordering, stock control, GPs, costings when required to do so Recruitment Ensuring Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times

The working pattern for this Junior Sous Chef position will be five days out of seven as the business requires and Junior Sous Chef will be reporting to the Head Chef

Candidates for this great Junior Sous Chef position will be well experienced in working in high quality establishments. You must have great culinary and leadership skills with a determination to achieve high standards. You must be able to motivate you team to succeed and support the Head Chef to ensure excellent service.
