Great Gloucestershire Restaurant currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie !

This one hundred and twenty two bedroom hotel set in the stunning countryside of the Cotswolds has a fantastic restaurant popular with local guests and residents alike. Management are currently looking to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to join and support the team.

Duties of this Chef de Partie position will include: * Maintaining the establishments excellent standards * Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade * Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef * Monitoring stock * Working to a high standard at all times

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires and Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef

Candidate for this position will be hard working determined individuals. Applicants should possess a sound wealth of experience in high standard properties. A hard working attitude and an attention to detail are essential. You must be willing to learn and have a real passion for excellent fresh food.
