Luxury Cotswold Hotel - Require motivated and passionate Chef de Partie.
A Fabulous opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK\'s leading groups of top quality hotels. This hotel is set in the beautiful Cotswold countryside and boasts a unique blend of 17th century history with contemporary design, offering the discerning guest a superior experience.
Are you an independent and talented Pastry Chef de Partie capable of working alone?
In this position you will have sole responsibility for this section and be able to produce to the high rosette quality demanded of this role. You will have a proven track record in a minimum 2 rosette property showing stability and consistency in your CV.
In return for your experience a salary of between £20,000 to £22,000 is being offered.
Accommodation is available if required.
The duties of this position will include:
* Ensuring standards are maintained and bettered at all times
* Ensuring your section achieves excellent results
* Developing dishes
* Supporting the head and sous chef
* Ensuring Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times
* Maintaining the high standards of the establishment and working to enhance the restaurants reputation
* Supporting the kitchen management team in achieving section gross profit and department budget achievement
The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven a week.
Candidates for this position must have NVQ level 1 &b 2 or equivalent and extensive experience as chef de partie in a 2 rosette establishment. You will have the flare and creativity to take the business forward. You will be experienced and be able to demonstrate an ability to motivate and lead a team. You must have a real passion for quality and take pride in your work.
