A Chef de Partie is required for this stunning prestigious hotel located in the Gloucestershire area. The hotel has superb accommodation, an award winning fine dining restaurant and small conference and banqueting facilities.

The Role:

This award-winning hotel would like to appoint a Chef de Partie who will be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head Chef in running the fantastic kitchen at this property. This establishment has gained Rosette accreditation and as a result the Head Chef is looking for a promising Chef de Partie who has previously worked within a Rosette accredited restaurant.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a rosette environment and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Chef de Partie. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
