Job Description
A Commis Chef is required for this stunning prestigious hotel located in the Gloucestershire area. The hotel has superb accommodation, an award winning fine dining restaurant and small conference and banqueting facilities.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be working within the kitchen, producing modern British food, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented for the elegant and award winning restaurant. With the willingness to learn, you will be preparing food and basic cooking, under the supervision of the more experienced chefs. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, handling deliveries and stock rotation.

Qualification/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have gained some kitchen experience within a rosette environment and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
