Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic commited sous chef looking for a new challenge?
Our client is looking for the right person to work alongside their Head Chef in this popular Inn which is a traditional oak beamed, rural dining pub, offering a wide selection of freshly prepared food in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
All meals are freshly prepared with all items off the main menu made from locally sought ingredients. All of the meats are sourced from a nearby farm and are of the highest quality. A range of desserts are home-baked.
As part of a small team you will be a strong player with experience in a similar establishment and qualified to NVQ Level 2.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
