Job Description

This Stunning property located in the Warwickshire area is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to enhance their existing brigade. The hotel has over 30 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, brasserie and excellent conference and banqueting facilities.

The Role:- Our clients are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be required to work 5 days over 7 as required. The role will require you to ensure the successful management of your own section in this busy kitchen. All applicants should have excellent organisational skills whilst remaining calm under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder.     Qualification/Experience:- As Chef de Partie you will have previous experience of working within a 3 rosette property and previous fine dining experience working with fresh food. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 qualifications or equivalent and a food hygiene certificate.
