Traditional Warwickshire inn requires an enthusiastic Chef de Partie - Read on and Apply now!
This popular and busy inn has been recently been refurbished and its eclectic menu using only the best fresh produce is proving a massive hit. The inns location is set in a beautiful countryside village but is still close to main towns and cities, they are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Chef de Partie to join their team.
The responsibilities of the Chef de Partie position will include:
* Working effectively as part of the team
* Maintaining the high standards of the restaurant
* Be able to manage time and work well under pressure
* Supporting Senior Chefs
* The right candidate will be organised, efficient and works well under pressure
The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be 40-50hrs per week and will be combination of straight and split shifts as and when business requires.
