Chef de Partie - Hampshire - Great Gastro Pub Property - Apply Now!
This great gastro pub in beautiful Warwickshire serves modern eclectic European cuisine at a high volume whilst maintaining excellent standards. This establishment is of a group of five like pubs, with a reputation for quality across the board. This establishment is currently looking to recruit a experienced hardworking Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade.
The duties and responsibilities of Chef de Partie position will include:
* Maintaining the high standards of the establishment
* Working with and supporting Senior Chefs
* Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
* Prepping ingredients prior to service
* Working consistently to a high volume
* Adhering to company policy and practice
The working pattern for this position will be approx. 45 hours per week and Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates for this Chef de Partie position will be experienced for a minimum of two years in professional high quality kitchens. You must have a thorough approach to all aspects of service. The ability to effectively follow instructions as well as to work from one\'s own initiative is essential for the Chef de Partie Role.
