Job Description

A modern country house hotel located in the idyllic Warwickshire countryside are looking to recruit a Commis Chef. The hotel benefits from a rural location but is still close to the main attractions of Birmingham. The hotel has several function rooms which are busy all year with business and wedding clients. The two restaurants combine an eclectic mix traditional and modern dishes using local produce.

The Role Duties of this Commis Chef position include: * Maintaining and helping to improve this restaurant\'s high standards * Supporting senior chefs as required * Preparing food prior to service * Taking part in training and skill development * Working effectively as part of the kitchen team

The working pattern for this position will be 5 days out of 7 as the business requires. Commis Chef will be reporting to Head Chef.

Qualifications and Experience Candidates for this position must be confident and experienced with a full understanding of what the role of Commis Chef entails. Candidates must have a desire to learn and an enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the role.
