A modern country house hotel located in the idyllic Warwickshire countryside are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie. The hotel benefits from a rural location but is still close to the main attractions of Birmingham. The hotel has several function rooms which are busy all year with business and wedding clients. The two restaurants combine an eclectic mix traditional and modern dishes using local produce.

You\'re Role
Reporting to the Head/Sous Chef you will be responsible for the organisation, control and efficient running of a nominated section of the kitchen, according to specified standards of the hotel and department, adhering to company and statutory regulations.

Qualifications/Background
Our clients are seeking a passionate chef to complement their existing team. You must have a strong background and be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. NVQ level 2 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be a creative individual, be self motivated and who will have the ability to take responsibility for a section in the kitchen.
