The Role of Commis Chef:
Reporting to the Head Chef, the role requires you to maintain the Health and Hygiene regulations of the kitchen and work to exceptional food standards at all times. An enthusiastic and professional individual is required to take on the role Commis Chef in this superb Rosette accredited restaurant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder within this recognised establishment for their quality food. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine.

Qualifications/Experience for the Commis Chef position:
The ideal Commis Chef candidate will have gained previous experience within a similar rosette accredited quality environment and fine dining. You will have worked in all areas of the kitchen and have the desire to produce high quality cuisine. Our clients require a very motivated candidate who is eager to learn and has a natural enthusiasm about food and cooking. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills.
