Chef de Partie wanted for central Cheltenham hotel - Read on and Apply!

This hotel in central Cheltenham is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the team. This forty nine bedroom property caters for between one hundred and twenty and one hundred and forty covers over a weekend as is popular with the hotel\'s guests.

The duties of this Chef de Partie position will include: * Maintaining the establishments excellent standards * Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade * Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef * Monitoring stock * Working to a high standard at all times

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this position must have a sound experience at Chef de Partie level in multi rosette accredited restaurants. Applicants must be willing to learn and develop their skills in a new environment. Chefs must have the confidence and skill to run their own station.
