Are you an ambitious, talented and highly motivated individual to take on the role as CDP Pastry Chef at this beautiful 3 Star country house hotel situated in the heart of Gloucestershire. The hotel has over 25 rooms, a unique restaurant and small conference and banqueting facilities.

The Role:

Our clients are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie Pastry Chef to join this highly professional brigade. You will, under the direction of the Head Chef have responsibility for the production of desserts, breads and petit fours etc for the restaurant and functions. Applicants are expected to have experience in a previous similar quality background and have a good attention to detail.

Previous experience working in the pastry section of a 3/4 star property is essential. The ideal candidate would be an experienced minimum demi pastry chef looking to progress their career under the guidance of a quality head chef.
