Job Description
Bupa Home Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Community Based Nursing role in the Telford area. This is a community based role so a full driving license and your own vehicle are essential. You will work from a patient\'s home, providing clinical care to the patient and support to the wider family. You will provide TPN and IV antibiotics through a central line. You will have the opportunity to provide one to one hands on patient care, allowing you to build a strong relationship with both the patient and wider family.Requirements:•Qualified Nurse (Adult or Paediatric)•Previous experience in an acute Nurse setting •Communication skills.
