An experienced Accounts Administrator is required to join our Clients Customer Care Team. Based in plush offices on the outskirts of Worcester you will be responsible for answering telephone and responding to faxes and emails, you will handle all customer queries. This will include resolving basic account and billing queries, cancellation, answering questions related to the services offered to customers.

The successful candidate will be able to carry out their duties in an efficient manner with the aim of satisfying customer requirements, even when dealing with the most difficult customers. Pro-active and able to work well on your own initiative, you will be responsible for ensuring that the relevant departments within the Company take the necessary steps to resolve the queries that you present to them. You will be responsible for following up any outstanding problems via these departments whilst keeping the customer informed of all developments. You will also possess a high level of accuracy. As part of your role you will be expected to maximise any sales opportunities presented to you, whether that be via up selling, cross selling or referring leads to the Sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing of Bank Payments
  • Processing of Cheques and banking these on Daily basis
  • Dealing with Accounts related Customer queries by telephone and emails
  • Processing of refunds
  • Chasing clients for unpaid invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Interact with Finance department
  • Other related duties as assigned or requested


  • Skills Required:
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of computerized accounting systems and Excel
  • Working with Microsoft Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • Clear written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Finance/accounting Principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as a customer service mind-set required
  • Must be organised and posses the ability to multi-task
